PRICE

All prices shown on this site are correct at the time of publication, quoted in Euros and include VAT. The price does not include sending the order to the customer. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise indicated.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT

essere website offers simple and secure payment systems.
The customer can pay through:

The products will be sent as soon as the payment is completed.
N.B .: If you want the invoice, request it in the notes when ordering, it will not be possible to issue it after shipment.

SHIPMENT

For Italy, the shipment takes place by express courier Italian Post Office. Shipping costs are:
– € 9 for orders up to € 15

We will do everything possible to send orders within 48/72 hours (2/3 working days) from receipt of payment, unless stock availability is available. Courier delivery generally takes place within 24/48 hours (the delivery time for some disadvantaged locations and smaller islands may be longer).

DELIVERY

The delivery will be made by courier (delivery generally in 24 / 48h), the shipment will take place within 48/72 hours from receipt of payment.
Always indicate the correct address and possibly a telephone number on which you can be contacted by the courier. Check that the packages do not arrive damaged. If this happens, write on the delivery note “accepted with reserve”. Only in this way will it be possible to request a refund for the damaged goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Based on Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n.185, you have the right to cancel the entire order in writing within seven days of receipt and receiving a full refund of the payment. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
To exercise this right, you must send us a written communication within 7 days of receiving the goods to one of the following addresses:

a) the invoice number
b) the description and quantity of returned products, in case of partial withdrawal

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have chosen, you can return them within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you something in return or, if you wish, a refund, provided that the products are complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. The cost of returning the products will be charged to the customer. An additional cost will be applied (our standard shipping rates will apply) to send new products, in case of replacement.
Some products are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and health reasons. These products can only be returned, based on their legal rights, only if the packaging’s security seal has not been broken.
In the event that an error occurred during the processing of your order, we will endeavor to correct the error in a sudden manner.
We are very sorry if this has happened to you, but we promise to do everything possible to get the correct products as soon as possible. Send us an email to essere@essereperte.it to arrange a return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the products are damaged or defective, the customer must contact essere within 3 days of receiving the products. Damaged products must be returned correctly packaged. We will endeavor to replace the items or a refund for the corresponding products.

COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER ATTENTION

The customer is required to inform essere of any problem by phone +39 389 981 6130, or by email essere@essereperte.it. essere will try to resolve them within 5 working days. Please keep in mind that the customer can contact us regarding any matter related to his order by phone or email above.
The opening hours are from 9 to 17:30 from Monday to Saturday.
