How to use
Rub one tablespoon of scrub onto damp skin, previously washed with your regular shower detergent, with circular upward strokes once or twice a week. The scrub can also be used as a quick pick-me-up in the shower. Massage into tired feet and calves, prior to soaking them in hot water to ease away fatigue and increase morale. Excellent anti-ageing body treatment.
